Oursourcing

This unique online system has been running since 2004, and enhanced with further design options made available by incorporating Microsoft Silverlight in 2009. The system software is devellopped and mainstained in Beijing. The hardware is located in one of the top datacenters in Hong Kong and have 10MB dedicated bandwidth for overseas connections. 7x24 hours full-time monitored by technicians to ensure providing non-interrupting service to customers all over the world. The headquarter is also located in Hong Kong. The total team consist of 150 employees. The first factory was established in 2006, now expanded to 3. Because the 3 factories are located in South-East China, the labor cost and factory rental fees permits low and competitive prices, in average 30% lower compared to similar companies located in the West.

In 2006 there were only 30 products which could be customized. By the end of 2008 more than 275 products were online. From February 2009 the Chinese suppliers introduced a Product Reform by discontinueing most apparel, leaving about 200 products left, but the apparel was soon be exchanged with other new products (like handmade photo bags and cases of high quality), which were tested and put online during 2009. Already offering one of the largest selections of customization products with world-class custom printing options, it is the goal to increase this selection up to 400 in 2010 by religiously track down the new, the hard-to-find and the best-of-quality, and by investing in state-of-the-art technology. International shipping and delivery

We take pride in being able to offer international shipping and at a very low cost. Many are concerned with the risk of being charged additional local customs/taxes by import. However, it is our experience that shipments from this site in most cases are considered as personal gifts (which often are free to import) - also because we only ship a single or very few custom-made items in each shipment, so in most cases the combined value of the shipment will be lower than the limits for charging such customs/taxes. If you consider ordering several items at the same time, it is always a good idea to contact the local customs office in your own country before ordering anything. You can find more information about regulations and limits for various nations under Overview in your Account. Please note that customs in some countries (including United States) reject clothing imported from China, and Australian Customs reject refillable lighters.

There are 2 major Chinese holidays per year, where delays in the production can be expected:
The Chinese New Year holidays in February, and the Chinese National holidays in October.

International delivery entirely depends of the international mail systems and import inspections/procedures at the local customs office in each country. During the global economic crisis fewer and smaller airplanes take-off, which means less cargo space available for Regular Airmail, causing delays from Hong Kong Post for Regular Airmail overseas to Europe and United States. Estimated time of delivery worldwide is 2-4 weeks. Longest delivery times (4-6 weeks) are around Christmas, the Chinese New Year Holidays, and winter weather conditions in general from November to February. The whole world is ordering christmas presents from China, and they are all to be shipped from Hong Kong, so Hong Kong Post is like a huge "bottleneck" in November and December where they suffer from serious lack of available air cargo space. Thus Express Shipping by FedEx/EMS is recommended in November and December. Shipments are not considered lost until after 4-6 weeks from the date of the order, so please be patient while waiting for delivery.
